Excellent customer service, easy access. Great location, affordable, lovely room decor ,quiet comfortable.
Areas for improvement:
Breakfast made my stomach queasy after. The room is decorated lovely you need to touch up paint the white walls around the bottom 3 ft up from floor dirty and scuffed. Otherwise a fantastic room.

The powerful ac in a heatwave and Comfortable bed. Very good location.

The entrance is a bit dull, however the hotel upstairs is clean and nice

We loved the location because it was like 8min to train station and about 22min to Colosseum. There is a bus and metro station very near so no problems with transportation. The staff was very friendly...
Areas for improvement:
For me the shower was a little bit too cold.
